Not satisfied with your purchase? We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt with a valid receipt or order number.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt with a valid receipt. Returns or exchanges are not accepted without a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation. If you do not have a valid receipt, or our system cannot verify your purchase information, we will not issue a refund, return, or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn (excluding defective items).
Some items, such as perfumes or swimwear, may not be eligible for return unless they are kept in their original condition.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original account within 15 days.
