To protect consumer rights, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization and verification. Therefore, order processing may occasionally experience slight delays. Thank you for your patience. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable; fees include the costs of order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
Business days are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Gift cards are shipped separately from merchandise; gift cards shipped via standard shipping are exempt from shipping and handling fees.
If the same order requires multiple shipments, shipping and handling fees apply only to the first shipment. Subsequent shipments of the same order are free of charge.
Standard
Orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive within 5-20 business days in the US and some regions. For orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
